Each year, the Healthy Living Festival recognizes nominees who inspire you and promote healthy living in our community, and we don’t just mean active living and healthy eating!

Healthy Living also includes: 
– Building self-esteem and a better self-image
– Having a positive attitude and outlook
– Mental Health Awareness & Education
– Safety/Injury Prevention
– Substance Use/Addictions Education and Prevention

The Healthy Living Festival Ambassador is selected by the award recipients of the last three years: Jennifer Andress MacDonald – 2015, Rachael Bell – 2016, and Jenn Bonn – 2017.

In order of appearance: Leanne Jarrett (Coordinator), Shelly Pankow-Bradley, Lorraine Allen, Lizabeth Wood, Christa Dales-Donnelly, Robin Burrill & Sheldon Giff 

The Healthy Living Festival Committee is made up of six Volunteer Committee Members, and one coordinator. The Committee spends nine months planning and executing the annual Healthy Living Festival to bring a Fun, FREE & Exciting Day to Downtown Smiths Falls.

It was a pleasure hosting the sixth annual Healthy Living Festival on Saturday June 16th, 2018! We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
